Custom Order Terms & Conditions

By submitting a custom order request, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom messaging only
Customizations apply only to the words or phrases printed on clothing, Silver Light Cards, or sticker sheets. Garment designs, fabrics, and construction cannot be altered.

2. Brand-aligned content
All custom wording must align with Light.’s values of kindness, positivity, empowerment, and connection. We reserve the right to decline wording that is harmful, offensive, threatening, or violates copyright or trademark protections.

3. Pricing and quotes
Custom orders are priced based on item type, quantity, and customization complexity. All quotes are valid for 14 days.

4. Proof approval
A digital proof will be provided after your request is reviewed. Production will not begin until you approve the proof in writing.

5. Payment
Payment must be received in full before production begins.

6. Lead times
Typical production time is 4-5 weeks, including shipping. Larger orders may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be provided with your quote.

7. No returns or exchanges
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

8. Order changes
Changes cannot be made once production has begun. Any requested changes received before approval may affect the timeline and pricing.

9. Intellectual property
By submitting custom text, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property laws.

10. Shipping
Shipping timelines vary based on location. Light.™ is not responsible for carrier delays once items have shipped.
