Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure items include all original packaging.
Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized products can’t be returned. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery, and our team will make it right.
Create a return request
Contact our support team at hello@spreadingourlight.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping label.
Print your label
Once you receive your label, print it and attach it securely to your return package. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Pack it with care
Place your item(s) and all original packaging into a secure box or mailer. Include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number for faster processing.
Send it back
Drop your package off at any carrier location listed on your label. Once your return is received and processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

How long will my refund take?
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and another 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes! As long as the item is in stock and returned within 14 days, we’re happy to exchange it.
Do I need the original packaging?
Yes, please return items with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We’re so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
